Acquisition Kvalitetstransport AS
It is a pleasure to inform you, that Jetpak Group today signed an agreement to acquire Kvalitetstransport AS in Norway.
Kvalitetstransport is a well managed company established in 1989. Kvalitetstransport is focusing on distribution, courier and warehousing services in Norway with an organization of 39 employees and a revenue of 101 MNOK. The acquisition provides a strong strategic fit to our current business in Norway and will bring new competence and products to Jetpak Norway.
This acquisition further underlines the ambitions in Jetpaks growth strategy. It will strengthen our market position in Norway as well as enable further Nordic reach on airport and special services. You will find further information in the press release here.
