Important Update Regarding Our Logistics System

We would like to inform you that Jetpak Denmark Road has experienced a system breakdown in our logistics system due to an external service error. Our systems are now partially online again as of 08:30 today and are currently being tested for full functionality.

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing challenges with logging into our Web portal, which means that customers cannot log in to book shipments or view tracking. Additionally, we currently do not have full tracking on all shipments, even though the goods are on our trucks, and certain deliveries have been made. We are working closely on the matter and will ensure subsequent delivery registrations manually in our system.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are available on our usual customer service phone lines should there be any questions regarding individual shipments. Due to the situation, there may unfortunately be extraordinary waiting times.
