Modern aircraft with reduced environmental impact

We are fully aware that we operate in the transport industry, which generates carbon dioxide emissions and other environmental impacts. However, our business model is based on transporting shipments in available capacity on scheduled flights that would operate regardless of whether our shipments are onboard. As a result, we do not operate our own aircraft, but instead share transport capacity with other businesses, creating an efficient and resource-conscious solution.

Our operations rely on transportation by both aircraft and road vehicles, and it is within these areas that we have the greatest opportunity to reduce our environmental impact. The aircraft fleets used by our largest partners are among the most modern in the industry. Several of our partners operate aircraft such as the Airbus A320neo, which is significantly more fuel-efficient and generates lower emissions than previous aircraft generations.

Greener vehicles

Road transport is a key focus area in our efforts to reduce climate impact and support a more fossil-free operation. We continuously work to improve the environmental performance of our transport network by adopting more efficient, lower-emission solutions.

Across the Nordic region, our network uses a combination of electric vehicles and renewable fuels where this is commercially and operationally feasible. The types of vehicles and fuels used vary between countries, locations and transport providers depending on local infrastructure, availability and operational requirements.

The share of electric vehicles in our operations continues to grow, particularly in urban areas where range, capacity and charging infrastructure meet customer needs. At the same time, we work together with our transport partners to increase the use of renewable energy sources and lower-emission solutions wherever possible.

To further reduce emissions, we combine modern vehicle technologies with eco-driving training, route optimisation and continuous monitoring of CO₂e emissions. These measures help us balance fast deliveries with environmental responsibility.

Other examples of our environmental work

All offices follow our environmental guidelines and work with initiatives such as waste sorting, reducing business travel through digital meetings, selecting vehicles with strong environmental performance and increasing the use of renewable energy where possible. When purchasing equipment, we choose environmentally certified products whenever relevant.

Jetpak is certified according to internationally recognised standards for quality and environmental management. An important part of our sustainability work is continuously identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental impact and improve environmental performance throughout our operation.
