We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in Jetpak's journey, as we proudly share our latest press release regarding the acquisition of the renowned Swedish transport company, BudAB.
Jetpak Top Holding AB (publ), through its subsidiary Jetpak Malmö AB, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Swedish courier company Budakuten in Malmö AB, effective on 3 May 2023.
As of Wednesday 15/03 the company Sawa Logistics will be Jetpak's single point of contact for all courier drives and customs processing in Poland.
