What Can You See in Track & Trace?

Jetpak's Track & Trace service allows you to monitor your shipment throughout the transport journey.

Depending on the shipment type, available milestones may include:

  • Shipment collected

  • Departure station

  • Transit station updates

  • Arrival station

  • Customs clearance (where applicable)

  • Warehouse confirmation

  • Delivery status

  • Proof of Delivery (POD) timestamp

  • Estimated delivery time

The information displayed may vary depending on the service and transport solution used.

What You Need to Track a Shipment

To use Jetpak's Track & Trace service, you need a valid Air Waybill number (AWB).

AWB numbers typically begin with:

• JET- for air freight shipments

• 999- for road transport shipments

If you do not have your AWB number available, Jetpak may be able to help identify the shipment using additional details.

If the Status Has Not Been Updated

A missing status update does not necessarily mean that a shipment has been delayed.

There may be situations where a new event has not yet been registered in the tracking system. If the shipment is time-critical or you are unsure about its current status, we recommend contacting Jetpak directly.

To help us assist you more quickly, please have your AWB number, delivery deadline and relevant contact details available.

Certain Services May Have Limited Tracking Updates

For most Jetpak shipments, Track & Trace provides a detailed overview of the transport process.

For services such as On Board Courier (OBC) or other individually tailored transport solutions, automatic status updates may be more limited than for standard shipments. In these situations, it may be necessary to contact Jetpak directly for the latest shipment status.

FAQ's

You can track your shipment using your Jetpak Air Waybill number (AWB).

Simply enter the AWB number on Jetpak's Track & Trace page to view the latest shipment status.

AWB stands for Air Waybill. It is the unique reference number used to identify your shipment within Jetpak's transport network.

The number typically starts with JET- or 999-, depending on the transport mode.

You can typically view shipment milestones such as collection, transit updates, arrival, delivery status, Proof of Delivery (POD) timestamp and estimated delivery time.

When using Track & Trace without logging in, you can see the delivery timestamp.

Signed POD documentation is available through Jetpak's web booking platform or e-order solution for logged-in users.

If the tracking information appears unclear, or if the shipment is time-critical, we recommend contacting Jetpak directly with your AWB number and shipment details.

Some specialised transport services, including On Board Courier (OBC), may not generate the same level of automatic tracking updates as standard shipments.

If you need the latest status, please contact Jetpak directly.
