If we’re more than an hour late, you get your money back
Jetpak's guarantee applies to our fastest service, Jetpak Direct. We’ll give you your money back if the delivery is more than an hour later than the delivery time stated at the time of booking.
The guarantee does not apply if:
- The package weighs more than 50 kilos
- The sender or recipient has fully or partially contributed to the delivery time not being met
- Delivery is delayed/prevented due to, for example, customs clearance, weather conditions, traffic accidents or traffic delays/ cancelled flights
- Circumstances beyond Jetpak's control (force majeure)
- The guarantee does not cover consequential damages such as costs for lost profits, lost market share, personnel costs or the like.
