Jetpak celebrates 40 years in Norway

Jetpak and Widerøe recently celebrated 40 years of collaboration in Norway, marking four decades of connecting businesses, communities and time-critical shipments across one of Europe's most geographically challenging markets.

Four decades of time-critical logistics

When Jetpak established operations in Norway in 1986, the country's geography created a unique need for fast and reliable transport solutions. By combining air transport with a strong network on the ground, Jetpak helped businesses overcome long distances and tight delivery deadlines.

Over the years, customer needs have evolved. What began with urgent deliveries of automotive spare parts has expanded to include healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, fresh goods and other time-critical shipments where every minute matters.

A partnership built over four decades

A key part of Jetpak's success in Norway has been its long-standing collaboration with Widerøe.

"Norway's regional airport network is unique. It is what enables us to deliver the service we do today. We could not have achieved this without Widerøe," says Tove Camilla Wenaas, Sales Director at Jetpak Norway.

The anniversary celebration in Oslo brought together colleagues, partners and industry veterans who have contributed to building the network and relationships that continue to support customers across Norway.

Among the guests were former and current representatives from both companies, reflecting a partnership that has played an important role in enabling fast and reliable deliveries across the country for four decades.

Looking ahead

While much has changed since 1986, Jetpak's mission remains the same: helping customers put time on their side.

Jetpak would like to thank all employees, partners and customers who have been part of the journey over the past 40 years. We look forward to continuing the collaboration and delivering time-critical logistics solutions across Norway for many years to come.
