We deliver shipments in the Nordics and most of the Europe within a day. If you have an order number, you can easily check the timetable from our tracking service.

Depending on which country you are in, the time can vary. We usually do the pick up from 15 minutes to two hours from the booking. Give us a call, if you would like to know the exact time. +46 775 700 000

To give you an exact price we need to know how big and heavy your shipment is and the desired destination.

You can send anything from an envelope, a set of keys to something that weighs several hundred kilos. Once we actually shipped a whale.

However, there are a few things you should consider:
If your shipment is to be flown your price will be based on weight, per kilo.
For security reasons, we do not carry dangerous goods.

Changes in fuel prices have contributed to higher costs for the transportation industry. Jetpak’s fuel charge is based on actual cost in relation to air transportation and ground transportation with trucks.

As from June 15th the fuel charge is 0,90€ per kg.

When booking a Jetpak shipment online or via our customer service, you will always be quoted the final sum, which includes fuel charge (excluding VAT). Jetpak reserves the right to adjust the fuel charge without prior notice. Both the amount and duration of the charge is determined by Jetpak.
